What to include
Describe the issue and include only the information needed to help us understand it. If your request concerns a restaurant, include its name and location. If you are reporting a review, include enough detail to identify the content.
Keep your account secure
Never send your password, authentication codes, or other sign-in secrets by email. For account deletion, use Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access Frankly or the request fails, contact support for assistance.
