Does applying cost anything?
No. Submitting an application is free and does not start a subscription. Any paid service requires your agreement to its terms before activation.
Does a verified badge mean Frankly endorses my restaurant?
No. It indicates that Frankly has checked the applicant's business ownership or authorization. It is not an endorsement of the business, its food, or its reviews.
Will a sponsored listing guarantee more customers?
No. Sponsored placements offer a promotional opportunity, but visibility and business results can vary. We do not guarantee views, visits, sales, or positive reviews.
How do I get started?
Open Frankly for Business, create an account or sign in, claim your restaurant, and wait for verification. Once access is approved, submit a sponsored listing request from your dashboard.
